q       Contains a topic sentence, 2-3 supporting sentences and a conclusion

Simulation Project Grade Sheet

Presentations will be graded on a scale of 0 to 4, based on the following criteria:

 

Content Rubric

q       Typifies an aspect of your topic.

q       Demonstrates an understanding of your topic

q       Reflects thoughtful research

q       Pertains to the time period 1400 - 2000 A.D.

q       Pertains to the area within a 200 mile radius of Aravaipa Campus

q       Shows depth of awareness of the topic

q       Portrays the topic accurately

q       Includes math

q       Written list of information sources

 

Process Rubric

q       Interests audience

q       Takes from one to four hours of class time to present

q       Includes written instructions and/or information to hand out

q       Helps audience to better understand your topic

q       Involves all members of the group

q       Delivered at the specified date and time

q       Demonstrates creativity

q       Clearly explains the math

q       Uses appropriate language and symbols

q       More than a lecture or reading.
